Coaching is perhaps the most powerful approach to leadership development for senior leaders. Leaders can transform their performance through working one-on-one with our professional coaches on their goals and challenges. The coaching approach will be a very supportive one which includes appropriately challenging their assumptions, perceptions, beliefs, thinking, choices and behaviour.

We help leaders find the resources within themselves to create sustainable transformation, become more effective and enhance their value proposition to the organization. Coaching can improve a leader’s performance dramatically and put individuals on the fast track. It will be agenda driven with clear and measurable outcomes and that agenda will be owned by the leader. Because coaching is focused entirely on the individual’s goals and interferences, it is the fastest and most effective form of leadership development.

A strength based approach to coaching will be taken.  We believe that desired outcomes are best achieved when leaders not only play to their identified strengths but also continue to reinforce them. 

The coaching style we adopt is non-directive and non-prescriptive because we trust the leaders to  have the answers to their questions and solutions to their challenges. The coach’s role is an enabling to draw out the potential and knowledge that the leader possesses and encourage exploration and new possibilities. There will be considerable reflection and systemic thinking on the part of the leader.
